I'd recommend BlockBench for easy modeling, and I use pixelover to render my models after.

how u make squiggly backgrounds like dat man plz teach me

I did it in clip studio paint (I think if your program has similar distortion filters, it should be easy to replicate), lots of messing around with the distort filters, I think mostly twirl and zigzag

I scribbled a few colors and messed with the filters until I liked it
